    Halloumi pasta salad | BioToday

Then this halloumi pasta salad with tahini dressing is definitely for you. This pasta salad is a real taste explosion in your mouth. The sweet taste of the dressing combined with the strong taste of the halloumi is delicious and ensures that you can't get enough. It's a vegetarian recipe, but you won't miss the meat and fish in this pasta salad because of the delicious taste of the halloumi. Enjoy your meal!

    Ingredients Halloumi pasta salad

    For the salad

    • 125 gr Whole wheat pasta
    • 100 gr Halloumi
    • ½ Carrot
    • ½ Sweet pepper
    • Handful of arugula
    • Olive oil

    For the dressing

    • 2 tbsp BioToday Tahini
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
    • ½ tsp Garlic powder
    • 1 tbsp BioToday Agave Syrup
    • A splash of water
    • Pepper and salt to taste

    Kitchen appliances 

    • Frying pan
    • Cutting board and knife
    • Bowl

    Preparation method for halloumi pasta salad

    1. Prepare the pasta as directed on the package.
    2. Cut the halloumi into slices, heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
    3. Meanwhile, make the dressing by mixing the tahini with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, agave syrup and a dash of water.
    4. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
    5. Cut the carrot and pointed bell pepper into cubes and place in a bowl, together with the rocket and pasta. Mix through the dressing.
    6. Finish with the slices of halloumi. Your pasta salad is ready!
