Ingredients Halloumi pasta salad
For the salad
- 125 gr Whole wheat pasta
- 100 gr Halloumi
- ½ Carrot
- ½ Sweet pepper
- Handful of arugula
- Olive oil
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp BioToday Tahini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp BioToday Agave Syrup
- A splash of water
- Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation method for halloumi pasta salad
- Prepare the pasta as directed on the package.
- Cut the halloumi into slices, heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the halloumi on both sides until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the dressing by mixing the tahini with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, agave syrup and a dash of water.
- Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the carrot and pointed bell pepper into cubes and place in a bowl, together with the rocket and pasta. Mix through the dressing.
- Finish with the slices of halloumi. Your pasta salad is ready!
