    Spice mix for spicy beef or tofu. Just add (4-5 servings): 1/2 jar Bumbu for spicy beef, 600g beef flank steak in strips. Preparation: heat 3 tbsp oil and sauté the bumbu. Sauté the beef, add 1 litre of water and simmer over medium heat for about 60 min. in an covered pan. Simmer with the lid off, for about 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Serve with rice or noodles and vegetables of your choice. Vegetarian? Replace the beef with seitan, tofu or tempeh.
