Smaakt Spelt noodles

The Smaakt organic noodles are produced in an authentic way, whereby they are rolled. The rolling of the noodles is like a professional rolling pin. Because of the so-called double-folded rolling, there is an optimal development of the dough. This unique rolling process ensures that the noodles have an airy structure and it also promotes the absorption of flavour. The noodles have a nice firm structure and a high cooking resistance. They are the ideal basis for Asian wok dishes and curries with fresh vegetables.
