    Gluten-free baking mix for two brown breads. Suitable for oven and bread maker.

    Preparation in the bread machine:
    Ingredients: 450 grams of flour, 425-450 ml of water, 7 grams of dry yeast (not included).

    Preparation: Combine all ingredients and start the bread maker. Choose the gluten-free program (we recommend kneading a maximum of 1 time, rising 1 time, baking once).

    Preparation in the oven:
    Ingredients: 450 grams of flour, 425-450 ml of water, 7 grams of dry yeast (not included).

    Preparation: Combine all ingredients and mix for about 5 minutes. Place the dough in a greased baking tin and let it rise for about 35 minutes, until the dough comes to the edge of the tin. Place the dough in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 45 minutes. After baking the bread, let it cool and toast under a dry cloth for about 1 hour.

    Tip: Add a little sugar (if the dough doesn't rise enough) or a little butter or oil (this gives the bread more creaminess).
