    Smaakt Less Carb Konjac Noodles is made from the flour of the konjac plant. The konjac plant
    is a starchy tuber that is very high in fiber and contains no fat, sugar and therefore hardly any
    calories. Smaakt Less Carb Konjac Noodles is made according to a unique recipe in which a mix
    of gluten-free oat fibers are added to the konjac flour. Normally, konjac products are white
    and shiny in appearance and have a very stiff bite. By adding the fiber mix, the color is a nice
    yellow, as we know noodles and pasta, and the bite is softer and tastier!

    Preparation: drain the liquid, rinse well under running water and add to sauces, stir-fry dishes, soups or warm salads. Heat the dish for about 2 minutes.

    If you have swallowing problems, it is not recommended to consume Konjac noodles. Drink one to two glasses of water before meals.
