- 1 of the crackers from RAW. In this case, we used RAW Lentil-Hennep crackers.
- Half avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pine nuts
- Pepper and salt
- Sharp knife
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Turn the two halves loose from each other. Chop into the pit with the knife, turn it a quarter turn and remove the pit. Remove the flesh from the avocado with a spoon. Take a bowl and put the avocado in it. Mash it up and season it with some salt and pepper. Put the avocado mash on a cracker. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and finely chop the chives. Top the cracker with the cherry tomatoes, chives and pine nuts.
