    Dagobah juice | RAW Organic Food

    GREEN POWER! A green smoothie is always good. You can start your day with it, use it as a snack or, just for a nice thirst. In addition, this green smoothie is a good supplement for people with a plant-based diet. This smoothie contains a lot of protein and iron. Substances that your body needs but that you get less of when you don't eat meat. Win-win situation!

    Persons

    For 1 person (large glass).

    Preparation time

    Less than 5 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 1-2 cm fresh ginger
    • 1 fresh mango
    • Large hand (approx. 100g) fresh spinach
    • 250ml vegetable milk (e.g. almond or oat)
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • Pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tbsp RAW Acai powder
    • 1-2 tbsp RAW Hemp Seeds
    • 1-2 tsp RAW Maca powder
    • 1 tsp RAWChlorella powder
    • 1 tsp RAWSpirulina powder
    • optionally: vanilla flavored (vegetable) protein powder

    Kitchen appliances 

    • Blender
    • Drinking bottle or glass jar
    • Bamboo straw

    Preparation

    1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth shake. Add a little more vegetable milk or water if necessary.
