Preparation time

Ingredients
- 1-2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 fresh mango
- Large hand (approx. 100g) fresh spinach
- 250ml vegetable milk (e.g. almond or oat)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp RAW Acai powder
- 1-2 tbsp RAW Hemp Seeds
- 1-2 tsp RAW Maca powder
- 1 tsp RAWChlorella powder
- 1 tsp RAWSpirulina powder
- optionally: vanilla flavored (vegetable) protein powder
Kitchen appliances
- Blender
- Drinking bottle or glass jar
- Bamboo straw
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth shake. Add a little more vegetable milk or water if necessary.
