- 1 large carrot (raw)
- 100 grams mango cubes frozen
- 1.5 sliced banana frozen
- Shot of vanilla protein
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp BioToday almond butter
- 125 ml BioToday coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
For the Topping

Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.
- Add toppings of your choice to the smoothie bowl. Optionally, you can also add Whey for them proteins!
