Ingredients Pineapple-ginger smoothie
For 2 or 3 smoothies
- 350 gr pineapple chunks from the freezer
- 375 ml BioToday canned coconut milk
- 200 ml coconut water
- 30 ml BioToday Ging’r
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend into a creamy smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into the glasses, optinally sprinkle with some grated coconut and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
