Shipping 2026
We ship orders from €20 and up. Smaller orders are not possible, as we believe the environmental impact of very small orders is too high. Packaging materials and transportation place a burden on the environment. As a thank you for larger orders, you will automatically receive a 10% discount on orders of €40 or more.
Your parcel will be shipped via DHL (smaller packages) or DPD (larger packages). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive two track & trace links, one of which will be active.
Delivery times (subject to availability):
Orders within the Netherlands placed on business days before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock.
Delivery time is depending on the country of destinationOrders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday, provided the items are in stock.

Public holidays
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

€5.99 for orders between €20.00 and €35.00

At foodshop.bio, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Return period
Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.

3. Conditions
Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life cannot be returned, unless there was an error or damage upon delivery.
4. Costs
If the return is not due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
