Mix 25g of mix with 150ml of ice-cold water to a smooth batter. Add 1 teaspoon oie oe and mix for 1 min until a light mixture. Add some oil to a non-stick frying pan on low/medium heat. Add the batter to the skillet and fry for 5 min on one side first until a crispy crust forms. Carefully turn over, place a lid on the pan and fry for another 3 min. Remove the lid and press some of the air out with a spatula, this will give it a nice texture. Bake the omelet for a total of 10 min.
Cool, dry and dark. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
