Organic agave syrup is made from the sap of the agave plant. Just like the coconut syrup, this syrup has a low glycemic index, because this sugar variant consists of 90% fructose. The lower the glycemic index, the more gradually the energy is released in the body. Delicious in yogurt, smoothies, sweet baked goods or over pancakes.
