Het brood is op zich erg lekker en vult best goed. Er zitten 5 sneetjes in een pakje, dus 50 gram per sneetje = 8gr koolhydraten. Met twee sneetjes en dik beleg, bv een groentespread, kan ik best vooruit. Maar ik had verwacht dat het nog lower carb zou zijn. Ik ben benieuwd of het ook mogelijk is een lekker low carb brood te ontwikkelen zonder tarwe en met nog minder koolhydraten.
