Storage: cool and dry. After opening, keep refrigerated (max. 7ºC) in a plastic or glass container and consume within 36 hours.

Preparation: drain the jackfruit and rinse with cold water.

The pieces of jackfruit are neutral in taste and perfect for soaking up the flavors of spices and marinades. Delicious in curries, pasta and rice sauces, soups, "chili sin carne", wraps and pulled jackfruit.
