    Smaakt | Spirulina smoothie bowl with nut muesli

    A smoothie bowl is an easy and tasty way to get a lot of nutrients. Spirulina is rich in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. A good source of protein with all amino acids in a balanced ratio, supports the immune system, has a cleansing effect and supports endurance. So great for an energetic start to the day.

    Preparation 10 minutes

    Ingredients for 2 persons

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 avocado
    • 2 handfuls of spinach
    • 300 ml water or coconut water
    • 2 tsp spirulina
    • 1 tbsp hemp seed
    • 60 grams Tastes nut muesli

    Blend the first 5 ingredients into a smoothie and top with the remaining ingredients.
