BioToday | Gekarameliseerde worteltjes in ging'r marinade
These caramelized carrots are delicious for BBQ, lunch or dinner. The taste of ginger goes wonderfully with the spices that come over the carrots and the No Bee Honnee slightly caramelizes the carrot. Plus, this recipe is ready in no time!

- Baking tray or oven dish
- baking paper
- Oven
INGREDIENTS CARAMELIZED CARROTS
- Olive oil
- Carrots +- 15 peeled
- 2 tbsp BioToday No Bee Honnee
- 3 cl BioToday Ging'r
- Thyme (fresh)
- rosemary
- Pepper
- Sea salt
PREPARATION METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Scrape the carrots well with a sharp knife
- Line a baking tray with baking paper or use an oven dish
- Marinate the carrots in the Ging'r until they are well wetPlace the carrots on the baking tray or oven
- dish and sprinkle with the No Bee Honnee
- Then sprinkle with the thyme, rosemary, pepper and sea salt
- Grill the carrots for 30 minutes until caramelized, after 15 minutes sprinkle with No Bee Honnee again
