    Smaakt | Fruitige smoothiebowl met gepofte granen

    A smoothie bowl at its best! This delicious combination of a creamy forest fruit smoothie, crispy puffed grains, fresh fruit and seeds is ready in no time. Just the way you want breakfast.

    Ingredients for 1 serving:

    – 1 ripe banana
    – ½ avocado
    – 100 grams of frozen forest fruits (e.g. blueberries and raspberries)
    – 2 dates
    – 1 tablespoon of hemp seed
    – 160 ml vegetable milk
    – 20 grams of puffed spelled

    For the topping: kiwi slices, fresh raspberries, hemp seed.

    Preparation method fruity smoothie bowl:

    Peel the banana and peel the avocado. Place the banana, avocado, frozen forest fruits, dates, hemp seeds and vegetable milk in a blender and blend until smooth. This can also be done with a stick blender. Garnish with the remaining puffed spelled and toppings of your choice.
