    Vegan acai bowl | RAW Organic Food

    Açai, and do you pronounce that as ah-kai , ah-sai or ah-sa-ie? The latter: ah-sah-ie! Açai is a fruit of about 2.5 centimeters in size, with a dark blue to purple color. Traditionally, this berry grows in the South American Amazon and is found in countries such as Brazil, Peru and Suriname. It grows in large clusters on the açai palm, also called the palisade palm. The açai berry, like many other fruits, naturally contains antioxidants. The taste of the berry is a kind of mixture of blueberry, chocolate and nuts. This makes it a special addition to your daily smoothie, yogurt, juice or water or the popular açai bowl. With this acai bowl, your breakfast really becomes a party. Especially when you decorate it with toppings of your choice, nothing is too crazy!

    Ingredients

    Bowl

    • 250 ml vegetable milk
    • 1 tbsp RAW Acai powder
    • 1 sliced banana (frozen)
    • 100 grams raspberries (frozen)

    • Colander
    • Food processor/blender

    Preparation

    1. Place the vegetable milk, acai powder and frozen fruit in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. Decorate with various toppings of your choice
